It went great. I called them, left a VM. I got a call back with an appointment for an estimate. The
estimate was given on the spot and it was higher by another estimate by $100. However I still went
with this estimate as I felt that it would be done more professionally and on time. I was proved right
and true to their word and the timeline of activity, the work was done on schedule.

Mr. Elliott came to my home to do a cost estimate. He arrived when he said he would and gave me a
detailed estimate. As I requested, he provided estimates for both the work I asked about and also his
recommendations on other trees to consider removing. The work was done in 2 phases: 1) Randall
Elliott and his crew arrived as scheduled early one week day. By the time I got home from work later
that day, all of the trees and debris were removed. The backyard looked much better– less like a
forest and more sunlight. Once I reviewed the work, I did ask that a couple of the tree stumps in the
mulch beds be cut lower. His crew came out and did that a couple days later. 2) The team that
ground down the tree stumps not in the mulch beds/removed the tree roots came out about a week
later. They did a very good job too. I was very pleased with the work. My neighbor was too and hired
R L Elliott Enterprises to remove some trees in his yard.

GREAT! From initial contact to actual job being done, it was smooth sailing. R.L. Elliott Enterprises
immediately replied to my inquiry and the communication throughout the whole deal was top notch.
The appointment was set up and Randall came out and gave me an estimate (and also rough
estimates for other trees I might get removed down the road). He was very friendly and professional
and even waited an additional 10 minutes since I got stuck in traffic and had arrived late! The crew
arrived as scheduled and were amazing, they took care of everything as outlined in the proposal and
cleaned up the debris. This whole experience was a pleasure, no headache, I wish other businesses
would function as well. The pricing appears to be competitive, too. I highly recommend R L Elliott
Enterprises Inc.!!! Two thumbs up!

Great!! They priced it out by tree so I could prioritize what needed to be done first. Cleaned up after
themselves beautifully.

I had a very good experience with this company. The estimate was provided promptly, and the work
proceeded quickly once the work order was placed. They took down several trees, including some
colossal pine trees, and ground the stumps. They were covered by a good insurance policy, which
gave me peace of mind. I would hire this company again.
