Company History

Founder and owner, Randall Elliott, began in the tree care industry in 1977. In 1989 he started his own tree care company to provided professional tree services to Richmond, Virginia and the surrounding areas. In 1997 he passed the rigorous requirements to become an ISA Certified Arborist (Certified Arborist MA-0454A). Mr. Elliott has continued to study and learn the tree care industry to ensure proper tree care techniques for the benefits of his clients and the best interest of the trees. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, along with attention to details. These are principles upon which we base our everyday work.

Randall has always been very goal and safety orientated. He joined the Air Force when he was a young adult and was stationed in Germany; However he had temporary duty assignments that took him to Spain, Turkey, and Italy. While in the Air Force he excelled through testing and was awarded safety medals for his quick actions. The Air Force moved him to Richmond, Va where he started his own tree care company in 1989. He brought his military discipline and safety habits with him into his company.  He studied and became a Certified Arborist in 1997. He has been owner and operator of R. L. Elliott Enterprises since 1989 and he has had a proven record in the Tree Care industry. He prides himself on customer service and making sure his customers are always satisfied.
